Volunteer Hours: Crossbar
We are excited to announce that we will be using Crossbar to manage volunteer hours for the upcoming season! While logged into your Crossbar account, simply click on the Volunteer tab to access all available volunteer opportunities. From there, you can view open shifts, sign up for the opportunities that work best for you, and easily track the volunteer hours you have completed.
We are a volunteer run organization and we are proud of our volunteers and our programs! To ensure the best possible experience for the kids, each family is required to volunteer for a set number of hours. Please see the graph below for the required hours and the ideas for way to get them in. Concession stand hours and tournament hours are required. Hours are not optional, they are required. Any unfulfilled hours will be billed at the end of the season at the rate of $35/hour.

We understand that life gets busy! If you’re unable to fulfill your volunteer hours, you can hire someone to step in and cover them for you. Click the link below to access a list of individuals available for hire.
