Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
2026/27 Tournament Series
The ERRA has a strict no refund policy for tournaments. We will make every effort to attempt to fill your spot in the unfortunate circumstance your team would be unable to make it. But tournament withdrawals are extremely frowned upon and puts the entire tournament planning process into jeopardy. Please only register once you've confirmed your tournament dates with your team. Payment is due upon registration and your spot is not reserved until payment is received in full.
Hockey Registration
The ERRA has a no refund policy except in the circumstance of a program being cancelled. There is a two week grace period after practices begin. *NOTE: Skaters with unpaid fees or unworked hours may be excluded from on-ice activities including, but not limited to captain’s practices, hockey school, alumni events, etc. until all back fees and hours are accounted for.
Figure Skating Registration
The ERRA has a no refund policy except in the circumstance of a program being cancelled. There is a two week grace period after practices begin. *NOTE: Skaters with unpaid fees or unworked hours may be excluded from on-ice activities including, but not limited to lessons, ice shows, skate clinics, etc. until all back fees and hours are accounted for.
Fall Mini Camp - Hockey
Deposits are non-refundable except for health/injury issues. Payment in full is required by November 15th and is non-refundable after that time.
Summer Hockey School
Deposits are non-refundable except for health/injury issues. Payment in full is required by May 1 and is non-refundable after that time.
ERFSC Associate Membership
This registration has a no cancellation policy. All sales are final, unless in the event of a program cancellation.
Adult Learn to Skate Class
Basic Skills Summer Lessons
Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. There will be no refunds once the lessons begin.
