Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Hockey Registration

The ERRA has a no refund policy except in the circumstance of a program being cancelled. There is a two week grace period after practices begin. *NOTE: Skaters with unpaid fees or unworked hours may be excluded from on-ice activities including, but not limited to captain’s practices, hockey school, alumni events, etc. until all back fees and hours are accounted for.

Figure Skating Registration

The ERRA has a no refund policy except in the circumstance of a program being cancelled. There is a two week grace period after practices begin. *NOTE: Skaters with unpaid fees or unworked hours may be excluded from on-ice activities including, but not limited to lessons, ice shows, skate clinics, etc. until all back fees and hours are accounted for.

Adult Learn to Skate Class

ERFSC Associate Membership

This registration has a no cancellation policy. All sales are final, unless in the event of a program cancellation.

Figure Skating: Summer Ice

No refunds will be given after purchase.

Summer Hockey School

Deposits are non-refundable except for health/injury issues. Payment in full is required by May 1 and is non-refundable after that time.
